Through GV CONSULTING’s resources and consultant team, the client discusses their needs and we come to a mutual understanding of how the process and expectations will be achieved.
The two sides shall sign the cooperation agreement.
Utilizing our large networks, database, search teams and other channels, GV CONSULTING commences the search for the suitable candidates within the allocated time frame. The candidates will be contacted by phone and the progress will be made transparent through regular reports to the clients.
Interview the shortlisted candidates to assess their experience, expertise, management style, personality, and career stability.
Submit the candidates’ resumes to the client.
Arrange for interviews between the client and the candidate. Possible issues such as the necessary travel expense and reimbursements are addressed. Both parties will be regularly notified and requested for feedbacks.
As the final step in determining the candidate(s), a thorough background check will be conducted. Their background is acquired from their former colleagues and HR, encompassing their work ethics, personality, and other relevant information as the basis of hiring. Negotiations will be held in required circumstances.
When both parties have no issues with the candidates, the employment notice would be signed, and a regular communication among the client and the candidate will be held to ensure the candidate can join at the specified date.
Even after the recruitment is completed, GV CONSULTING still offers follow- ups, where we inquire how both parties (the recruit and the client) are doing. Through this interaction, GV CONSULTING attempts to assist both parties to reach mutual understanding and ensure proper adaptation, resulting in the establishment of a healthy work relationship.
